Decadent Chardonnay 2025
Our Chardonnay grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness. All bunches were lightly pressed to ensure good quality juice for fermentation. After pressing the juice is settled for 48 hours before being racked and inoculated. After fermentation the Chardonnay was left on the lees for four months to accentuate the pronounced fruit character and giving it it’s name.
Tasting note:
A bright yellow straw colour wine. This Chardonnay offers a lot on the nose with ripe citrus, yellow apple, and some stone fruit. Mouth filling wine with a creamy texture that ends with a sweet sensation. It is a medium bodied white wine with a good balanced and crisp finish.

Decadent Pinot Noir 2024
The Pinot Noir grapes were harvested early in the mornings to ensure freshness. After de-stemming the grapes were transferred into stainless steel tanks for fermentation. The tanks were inoculated with a selected yeast strain that promotes the fruit characters of Pinot Noir. Regular pump overs ensured good fruit and colour extraction from the fermenting grapes. Post fermentation the tanks were pressed, and the wine was left to tank mature for 8 months before the final blend were blended and prepared for bottling.
Tasting note:
Vibrant light red plummy colour. Fruit forward nose with lots of red juicy fruits like ripe strawberry, plums and hints of violets. Medium bodied fruit forward palette with red fruits and a smooth and a savoury finish.

Decadent Malbec 2024
Grapes were hand harvested and carefully destemmed before fermentation. Pump overs were performed daily to extract the desired colour and tannins. After fermentation the wine was lightly pressed and left to mature in older oak barrels before bottling.
Tasting note:
This wine shows intense red fruit and ripe plum on the nose. The palate shows characteristics of dark chocolate and juicy fruit and finishes with a balanced acidity and fine tannin structure.
